Sky Wireless Connector Mini (AR6004) vs Raspberry PI

Got a Sky Wireless Connector Mini from a friend while was in UK, he told i can look into if i can use it for anything. As we do not have Sky here nor there boxes what is the device supposed to be used for was trying to figure if it can be made work on linux.

Well with some modification of dwc_otg usb driver, Ralph was kindly sent me, and some luck (found a kernel with source that powers up USB port) got USB up and running.

Still OpenWRT on SX762

So gave another try to OpenWRT, now can confirm at least modem part is working with it (i write these lines through the test device)

The Bootloader (SX762)

To put OpenWRT on the device, would had to fight through Siemens bootloader as while it is an U-boot it was modified slightly (bootm command just tries to boot runtime image from flash no matter if memory address given or not and most commands start with Siemens header checking).

Story with SX76x config file

So checked deeper in active_configfile router makes when configuration saved, there is really nothing readable in it (no wonder as it is crypted by router's aes key)
